Refund & Returns Policy

Policy Statement

We want you to love your KIMA products as much as we do.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

This policy applies to all UK orders placed through our official website: www.kima-group.co.uk.

Changed Your Mind?

That’s perfectly fine — we understand that sometimes plans change.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging

  • You contact us first at info@kima-group.co.uk to request a return

Once your return is approved, please send it back within another 14 days.

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless we’ve made an error.

We recommend using a tracked postal service so you can monitor your parcel safely.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Faulty

We’re truly sorry if something has gone wrong. Please email info@kima-group.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll offer you a full refund or replacement — including standard delivery costs.

Important Note on Supplements

Because our products are food supplements, we can only accept returns if the item is unopened and sealed, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Once a seal has been broken, we are unable to refund or exchange the product — unless it’s been confirmed as faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If you used a discount code, the refund will reflect the price you actually paid (not the full retail price).

This policy applies to UK customers only and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
