At Kima, we want every order of Digestive Gold to reach you safely, promptly, and with

complete transparency. This policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your

purchase.

We aim to provide a reliable and straightforward experience from the moment you place

your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

1. Order Processing Times

● Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on Monday–Friday are usually processed on the

same day.

● Orders placed after 2pm or during weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the

next working day.

● During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any expected

delay, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (UK)

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier Service)

● Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days

● Fully tracked

We currently do not offer international shipping.

3.Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a

tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

We cannot take responsibility for delays or missing orders caused by:

● incorrect or incomplete addresses

● failed delivery attempts

● refusal of delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it, but an additional

shipping fee may apply.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within the expected

timeframe:

2. Include your order number and a brief explanation

3. For damaged goods, please attach photos to help our investigation

We will work quickly to resolve the issue—either by replacing the product or issuing a refund

in line with our Returns Policy.

6. Returns Related to Shipping

If you wish to return an unopened product, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or

the wrong item was received.
